We at SP TECH are committed to protecting your privacy online, and we want you to feel safe when you leave your information to us. For us, it is important to be open about how we process your personal data and provide you with information in a way that makes you understand how we will process your personal data. In this privacy policy, which applies to all SP TECH costumers, we give you information about how we handle your personal data in connection with you visiting our website, placing an order or in other contacts with us. 2. Which data we store and how we use it

SP TECH collects costumer user data in order to deliver a seamless and safe service for all our customers.

We collect your personal data for the following reasons:
1. To be able to handle ordering and administration of your purchase.
2. To be able to handle customer service matters
3. To be able to send marketing via email or social media
4. Through web analytics for a user-friendly environment 

The data we collect from you may include your name, delivery and billing address, email address, contact numbers and specific purchase details (please see ‘Attachments’ for detailed information about what personal data gathered). 

In addition to data collection, we automatically receive your IP address when you browse our website, in order to transfer information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. This is not connected to any personal information. 

3. On what basis are we storing your personal data?

4. How do we get your consent to use and store your personal data?

The information collected when placing an order is based on legal requirements.
With your consent (where required), we use your personal data to provide you with information about goods or services (marketing, communications, campaigns, or promotions). This can be done via means such as email, ads, SMS, phone calls and postal mailing to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

5. Your right to withdraw your consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to any personal data processed by SP TECH apart from the following situations:
1. When you have an ongoing issue with our Customer Support
2. When you have placed an order which has not yet been processed and shipped.
3. For all purchases made, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for bookkeeping purposes. 

Consent & Withdrawal
You can request deletion of your data to the extent that complies with the applicable law by contacting our Customer Support, and we will do our best to accommodate your request for deletion. You can always change your browser or device settings for the use and scope for cookies. In your setting, you can block all cookies. Remember that essential cookies are necessary if you still want to use our website and our services.

Completing a purchase

- Delivery of ordered product / services
- Handling of payment (including analysation of what payment methods that should be offered and performance of credit checks)

- Payment information (methods of payment, transaction time)

Handling of Customer Support Tickets
